We begin by inspecting the extinguisher cylinder for dents, rust, corrosion, or other structural concerns. Identifying early signs of wear protects against equipment failure and ensures long-term reliability. Only cylinders in safe condition proceed to pressure testing.

Hydrostatic Testing

Our certified technicians perform DOT-approved pressure testing to verify the cylinder can withstand the required internal pressure. This process measures structural integrity and confirms the extinguisher is safe for continued service. Units that pass are marked and documented for compliance.

Valve & Component Service

After testing, we examine and service key components such as valves, O-rings, and hoses. Any worn or damaged parts are repaired or replaced to restore full functionality. This step ensures your extinguisher performs correctly when needed.

Recharge & Certification

Once the unit has been tested and serviced, we fully recharge it according to manufacturer and NFPA standards. Each extinguisher is then certified and tagged for continued use. We provide updated documentation to maintain your compliance records.
